Talk Staff Group launches its brand new Talent Academy – Ready for trio of new hires

Following it’s win of the prestigious ‘Commitment to People Development Award’, Talk Staff Group has today announced launch of its brand new Talent Academy as it continues to push forward with strong growth.

Talk Staff Recruitment will be the first of the Group’s brands to take advantage of the new Talent Academy and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the recruitment industry, alongside an already successful and growing Belper team.

The Talent Academy programme seen as a sustainable model, creating industry leading consultants of the future in Talk Staff’s unique way and gives new recruits full support through a 6 month fast-track training programme and then, ongoing structured coaching with industry leading in-house professionals.
